I feel like I should write something about our other urban farm project, the mighty worm bin. The problem is that worms are boring and worm bins look pretty gross (until the tray becomes full of castings). We produce a lot of delectible compost items for our worms so no doubt they are happy. But it’s hard to tell as they don’t smile or laugh or chase us around the yard. Still, we love the wiggly little things.
